This was my Mother's Day gift to my mom — I call her Mama Bear. I sanded and stained the wood, cut the bear silhouette out of printed scrapbook paper, and used Mod Podge to adhere it to the wood. This also gave it a glossy seal. I then hand-lettered the words using a gold paint pen.
